INTERNATIONAL DENTAL CHARTS

Helping dentists to decode dental charts

TECHNICAL CONSIDERATIONS DURING YOUR SEARCH:

  • To begin with, you just need to click on the dental terminology you are interested in, situated in the list on the left-hand side of every page. Once you are on the page, you will find two vertical columns: the first one contains the terminology in other languages and/or abbreviations in bold, alphabetically, followed by the country. The second one contains a few symbols, followed by the country in brackets.
  • The pages entitled 'EXTRA ABBREVIATIONS' and 'EXTRA SYMBOLS'  inform about extra information encountered on dental charts.
  •  Dental terminologies/abbreviations were compiled in separate languages to speed up your search. At the moment, just German language is available (other languages coming soon).
